About Your First Visit

When you visit our practice, you’ll be greeted by a warm and welcoming staff member who will assist you with the check-in process and ensure all required paperwork is filled out accurately.

This step is crucial in allowing us to deliver top-notch dental care that is personalised to meet your specific needs.

We believe in providing a comfortable and efficient experience right from the start so that you can feel at ease and confident in our care throughout your visit.

Financial Responsibility

Payment for services at our clinic is required on the day of your visit, as we do not send invoices to patients.

We offer various payment options to accommodate your needs, including cash, Visa debit cards, Visa credit cards, and Amex credit cards (with a 2% surcharge).

Additionally, we provide payment plans for orthodontic treatments and accept AFTERPAY for treatments ranging from $500 to $1500, as well as HUMM for your convenience.

We welcome all major health insurance cards and support the community by accepting Medicare Children’s Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS), Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), and government-issued vouchers for Emergency and General treatments.

Furthermore, we are proud to be preferred providers for Bupa, HCF, and CBHS, ensuring quality care and service for our patients.

When All Your Treatment is Complete

As part of your dental treatment plan, your dentist will provide you with personalised recommendations for at-home care to maintain your oral health.

Following the completion of your treatment, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled in 6 months to monitor your progress, address any concerns, and prevent potential issues from arising.
